Orders and returns information for our customers.
We offer free postage on UK orders. We use Royal Mail Second Class post. Please allow up to three days for delivery following the despatch of your order.
EU and the rest of Europe
Air Mail. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery after the dispatch of your order.
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and rest of the world
Air Mail. Allow 3-7 days for delivery after the dispatch of your order.
Returns (faulty goods)
If you find a fault with the goods received then we will offer either a replacement or full refund (within 30 days).
Returns (goods sent in error)
If you realise within 30 days that we have sent you the wrong goods, we will offer a replacement or full refund. In either case, we will refund the costs incurred for returning the goods to us.
Unwanted goods (mint condition)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order with us within seven days of receiving the goods. You will incur the cost of returning the goods to us and all other monies will be returned within 30 days date from cancellation on the proviso that the goods are returned in the condition in which they are received.
If we have not received our goods back within that time, then we will deduct what it would cost us to retrieve the goods from you, the consumer. We will refuse to accept back goods that have been used.
